Heading down to Manitou Springs

Yesterday Sally got to jump off the diving board at swim lessons! WOW! I was definitely more nervous than she was -- she was so great! She had one of those fun noodles (the long foam things you always see in people's pools) under her arms, and she was completely fearless. Good thing she doesn't share mommy's fear of heights!

We shot some video, and Sally had her own "cheering squad" as our friends who are visiting were there also.

Today Sally is going to stay at school all day while we take our friends down to Manitou Springs to visit our favorite rock shop. Syd's coming with us, and we're all looking forward to it!

This weekend we're having a Fluency workshop at our home, and all 4 of us are pretty stoked about that. Especially considering the powerhouse group that's planning to attend!
